I prepared for my birth using The Birth Sling throughout my pregnancy. Finding multiple different positions from stretching, swaying, squatting and doing light movements. In the birth I used it to literally 'hang' from - allowing my exhausted body to rest, sway and squat through contractions. Iva was almost birthed while squatting in The Birth Sling but only moments before I decided to get out and slightly change position.
