I originally saw the birth sling when it first had been launched. It definitely spiked my interest. I used it for my second pregnancy, and throughout my really difficult posterior homebirth. Supported movement during pregnancy, labour, birth & beyond!
I utilised the birth sling in late pregnancy with my twins when my body needed the movement but I couldn’t quite get into the positions I needed. It was the only tool that made this easy for me to move independently. I also used the birth sling at the hospital during active labour to support upright positioning and movement which I loved. Now a few weeks postpartum, I plan to use the birth sling to stretch and move my body gently while I continue to heal. I can’t speak highly enough of the quality and ease of use. I used the Birth Sling during my sixth pregnancy and again during labor and it made a huge difference.
