RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return Window We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- In its original packaging

- Select the items you wish to return and provide a reason
- Submit your return request
We'll review your request and send you return instructions via email, including details on where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first submitting a return request through your account will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fee A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs. You'll see an estimated refund amount when you submit your return request.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@thebirthsling.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Restocking fees and return shipping costs may be waived for defective or damaged items.
Refund Processing We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 10% restocking fee. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
