• Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to improper use, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.

3. Ship the Return: Send the item back to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Disposable components of The Birth Sling.
• Items purchased at a discount or part of a final sale.
