30-Day Change of Mind Returns
We offer returns for change of mind within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Can I Return My Item?
Yes – as long as it meets these conditions:
- The item is unused and unworn
- It is in the same condition you received it
- It is in its original packaging (including plastic wrap if applicable)
- It is resalable as new
Important
If an item is returned that does not meet the above requirements:
- It will not be accepted
- No refund will be issued
- The item will not be returned to you

How to Request a Return
1. Log in to your customer account HERE
2. Find your order
3. Select the item(s) you want to return
4. Submit a return request
We’ll review your request and email you instructions on where to send your return.
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
For change of mind returns:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using tracked shipping
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee is deducted from change of mind refunds to cover inspection
and processing.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Incorrect
- Not as described
please contact us at info@thebirthsling.com as soon as possible with photos and
your order number.
For approved claims:
- We will cover return shipping
- No restocking fee will apply
- You’ll receive a replacement or refund in line with consumer law
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Funds are returned to your original payment method
- Banks may take additional time to show the refund
