Im desperately awaiting someone from customer servoce to assist me. Sat here in the UK2 weeks from due date and no sign of my sling that was ordered weeks ago. Panicking it won't arrive in time.
Great customer service. My initial order arrived with a grease stain on the fabric and they immediately sent out a replacement when I contacted them about the issue. Much appreciated, since I am nearing the end of my pregnancy and plan on using the sling during my labor. Thanks again!
