The Breastfeeding BUNDLE
The Breastfeeding Survival Kit
Jess' top 3 supportive breastfeeding products + a digital short course designed to support you as you prepare for breastfeeding.
Those first days, weeks and months with your baby are a beautiful, transformative time, but let's be real, breastfeeding can come with a whole lot of questions, surprises and challenges!
From collecting those first precious drops of colostrum to navigating engorgement, leaking breasts, cluster feeding and establishing your milk supply, there's so much to learn.
That's why we've created The Breastfeeding Survival Kit, bringing together three practical breastfeeding essentials with expert education from Dr Jess Michaels, Osteopath and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
Designed to help you feel informed, prepared and supported as you begin your breastfeeding journey.
What's Included in Your Kit?
1. Silicone Colostrum Catchers
Every precious drop of liquid gold counts!
Our soft, reusable, food grade silicone colostrum collectors make it easy to collect, store and feed those first precious drops of colostrum.
Perfect for antenatal colostrum expressing when recommended by your healthcare provider, or collecting colostrum in the early days after birth.
2. Silicone Breast Milk Catchers | 2 Pack
Don't let that liquid gold go to waste!
These discreet, wearable silicone breast milk catchers fit comfortably inside your bra, collecting natural leaks and letdown that might otherwise be absorbed by breast pads.
A simple, hands free way to make the most of your milk without actively pumping.
3. Booby Savers | Hot & Cold Breast Therapy
Because your boobs deserve a little TLC too!
Our reusable hot and cold gel therapy packs are designed to provide comfort throughout your breastfeeding journey.
Use cold therapy to help soothe swelling, engorgement and tenderness, or gentle warmth before feeding or expressing to encourage milk flow and support comfort.
4. Breastfeeding Survival Kit | Digital Course with Dr Jess Michaels
Knowledge is one of the most valuable things you can have when preparing to breastfeed.
Created by Dr Jess Michaels, Osteopath, Birth Doula and IBCLC, this downloadable educational course is designed to help you understand breastfeeding before your baby arrives and navigate those early days, weeks and months with greater confidence.
From understanding how breastfeeding works and what to expect in the first few days, to recognising your baby's feeding cues, establishing a comfortable latch, understanding milk supply and navigating common breastfeeding challenges.
This course brings together practical, evidence informed education with a holistic, mother centred approach.

A Little Note From Jess
As an osteopath, birth doula, IBCLC and mother of two, I've spent years supporting women through pregnancy, birth and those early postpartum days.
And something I see time and time again is just how much preparation goes into birth, yet how little education many women receive about what happens when their baby is finally in their arms.
Breastfeeding is often described as the most natural thing in the world, but that doesn't mean it always comes easily.
Understanding how your breasts make milk, how your baby feeds, what's normal and when to ask for support can make such a difference to those early experiences.
I created this kit because I want women to enter motherhood with more than just a collection of baby products. I want you to have practical tools, knowledge and reassurance to help you navigate breastfeeding in a way that works for you and your baby.
You've spent months preparing for your baby's arrival. Let's make sure you're preparing for what comes next, too.
With love,
Jess x
